- How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our products, select the items you are interested in, click “Add to Cart,” and then click “Checkout” on the cart page. Follow the prompts to fill in your contact information and shipping address, select a payment method, and confirm your order.
- Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once your order is confirmed and payment is successful, we will process it as soon as possible. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot modify or cancel orders after they have been processed. Please carefully review your order information before placing your order.
- How do I pay?

- Do your products support returns or exchanges?
All products in our store are for one-time sale only. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the received product has a quality problem or is damaged during transportation. Please consider carefully before purchasing.
- How to handle problems during transportation?
If your product is damaged during transportation, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide relevant photos and your order number. We will handle the situation according to the circumstances.
